CLAW DRY SCREW ROTARY LOBE PUMP
COMBINATIONS

PRESSURE & VACUUM PUMP (PRINTING)

Dry running rotary vane pressure vacuum pumps, with capacities from 40 to 60 m3/hr.
Vacuum up to -0.6 bar and pressure up to +0.7 bar.
Flexibility to alter vacuum and compressed air capacities to suit individual applications.
High efficiency and low noise level. Easy servicing and operation.

ROTARY VANE

Pressure increase by volume reduction is the principle behind rotary vane operation.
This static design offers excellent service in pressure, vacuum or a combination of both.
Depending upon size and design - ie. oil lubricated or dry running - vacuum up to 0.1mbar (abs.) with capacities ranging from 3 to 1535 m3/hr and pressure up to 2.0 bar with capacities ranging from 3 to 610 m3/hr can be reached.

RADIAL

Radial blowers operate using a dynamic principle; basically, this means that the velocity of air is changed into pressure.
This method has proved very successful for the generation of both low vacuum and pressure combined with relatively large capacities.
Single stage and multi stage models produce vacuum up to 115 mbar or pressure up to 125 mbar.
Capacities range from 130 to 3,400 m3 /hr.
Radial blowers air-cooled and non-contact operation means there is no wear, making the design virtually maintenance-free.

LIQUID RING

Two stage liquid ring pumps for high and medium vacuum with simple and strong construction mainly used in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, textile and palm oil industries.

DRY SCREW

The same as rotary vane pumps and roots blowers the TWISTER screw vacuum pumps use static compression systems as a design principle.
In contrast to the roots blowers compression takes place by internal volume contraction.
The TWISTER is suitable for numerous applications, across many different industries.

SIDE CHANNEL

The side channel principle is also based on the method of dynamic compressions: ie. transforming flow energy into pressure energy.
The side channel design is suited for applications requiring both, pressure and vacuum.
Depending upon model and size - single stage to four stages - vacuum up to 800mbar in suction operation and pressure up to 1000 mbar in pressure mode can be obtained.
The capacities range from 16 to 1850 m3/hr. Non-contact operation means side channel blowers are practically free of wear and maintenance.
The pumping medium is not contaminated from carbon dust or oil, as occurs with dry running or oil lubricated rotary vane pumps.

ROTARY LOBE/CLAW

Similar to the rotary vane pumps, the rotary lobe blowers are also static compression systems, although the compression does not result from an >>internal<< volume reduction.
Because of the non-contact operation of the rotary lobe blower, there is no possibility of contamination of the pumped gas.
The two or three-lobed rotary blower SHARK is for vacuum operation to 0.5bar (abs.) and pressure operation to 2 bar (abs.) at capacities of 7 to 8600 m3/hr.
The single stage Roots vacuum pumps VWP and WKP from Rietschle are designed for use in pump sets in combination with a rotary vane backing vacuum pump.
The conveyed air is not discharged to atmosphere but piped into the inlet port of the connected high pressure stage (rotary vane pump). The achievable capacities range from 500 to 4000 m3/hr at an ultimate vacuum of 0.01 mbar (abs.)

ROTARY PISTON

Piston pumps are designed so that they maintain rated performance throughout their service life. A stainless steel seal prevents joint leakage from behind and below the ring.
A corrosion-resistant valve on the piston pump is design to help maintain pump efficiency by preventing foreign particles from lodging on valve seats.
Rotary piston type of vacuum pump is motor mounted or separate drive.

Rotary piston type of vacuum pump is motor mounted or separate drive. The motor mounted models are built directly on the output shaft of the motor. They're lightweight, compact and designed to fit into small areas.
Where separate-drive models can be operated in a variety of ways with AC or DC motors, gasoline engines or from an existing PTO (power take-off). Speed can be varied from 1000 to 2000 rpm by changing the size of the drive pulley.

DIAPHRAGM

Available in wide range of popular voltages and frequencies.
Motor types range from economical shaded pole to more efficient permanent split capacitor (PSC) which can also provide improved starting characteristics for certain applications.
Even at maximum duty, output air is cool and oil-free. As ambient air enters and leaves the head, it never goes near the motor to pick up heat and foreign matter.
Diaphragm type is easy maintenance; all that needs to change is the air filters, just a 60-second screwdriver job to get inside.
